In view of the problem of high moisture of the new ladle, the improvement team improved the on-line system of the new ladle, so that the baking temperature was above 500℃, the first supply of 2 stages, smelted Q235 steel grade, and did not smelt low-composition Q195D steel grade; Make abnormal ladle transfer cards, track and supervise the use of various special ladles, prevent the increase of molten steel gas content due to the moisture of new ladles and the low temperature of special ladles and the burning of holes, and establish an AC group and a quality feedback group, requiring the converter furnace leader to feedback the constant oxygen photos of each steel, and the continuous casting machine chief to feedback the photos of the middling slag discharge, so as to strengthen the process control of the production process.
Through the joint efforts of the team members, the project successfully solved the problem of edge cracking of downstream products, and in the month of improvement, the proportion of edge cracking was only 0.03%, far lower than 0.1% of the surrounding excellent enterprises, improving product quality and market competitiveness, and effectively enhancing brand reputation.
