On July 24, the Yangtze River Delta Iron and Steel Industry Development Association (hereinafter referred to as the Changangang Steel Association) "Rare Earth industry intelligent manufacturing capacity maturity evaluation Specification" group standard preparation starting meeting was held in Baotou Iron and Steel Vocational and Technical College (hereinafter referred to as Baotou Steel Vocational College), the preparation of the standard officially started.
Changangang Steel Association Secretary General Bao Zhongfeng, Baotou Steel Vocational Institute Party secretary Ren Yandong, Changangang Steel Association vice president, Baotou steel Vocational Institute deputy Party secretary, president Zhang Sullivan, Baotou City Industry and information Technology Bureau chief engineer Ji Suwei, Baotou City Qingshan District Industry and information Technology innovation service center deputy director Yang Jie attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Zhang Li, deputy Secretary-General of the Changangang Steel Association. Nearly 30 experts from relevant universities, research institutes and enterprises attended the meeting.
He said that Baotou Steel Vocational Institute is committed to building an industry community around the green rare earth industry, and hopes that the participating experts will work together in all aspects of the follow-up preparation of the standard and jointly do a good job of supporting the construction of "two rare earth bases".
Cheng Zhenxing of the Standardization Institute of the Chang-Triangle Steel Association introduced the formation process of the draft standard. He introduced that the standard is applicable to rare earth mining, smelting and processing enterprises, intelligent manufacturing related technology and service providers, as well as industry management departments and regulatory agencies, aiming to provide a unified standard for the evaluation of intelligent manufacturing capabilities in the rare earth industry, promote the intelligent manufacturing level of the rare earth industry, and guide the optimal allocation of industry resources.
Wang Xiaoli, professor of Baotou Steel Vocational Institute, made a special report on the rare earth industry, introducing the status quo of the rare earth industry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, related enterprises, research and development platforms, and the construction of "two rare earth bases" in Baotou City in detail. Ye Yuwen, chief engineer of ZTE, made a technical report, shared the relevant work of ZTE to support the digital construction of the steel industry with many cases, and explained the related technologies and platforms of intelligent manufacturing.
Bao Zhongfeng organized the participating experts to discuss the draft of the standard in depth and detail, and divided the preparation work according to the fields of responsibility of the experts. After carefully reading the draft, the participating experts put forward constructive comments and suggestions, and agreed to promote the preparation of the standard as soon as possible.
It coincides with the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party, the meeting, Zhang Lianyi also on behalf of the association to organize everyone to learn the spirit of the plenary session. Combined with his own experience, he understood and read the spirit of the plenary session from four aspects: firm ideals and beliefs, firm struggle spirit, firm reform enthusiasm, firm social responsibility, and called on everyone to continue to study deeply and implement the spirit of the plenary session.
It is understood that on June 20, the association organized the standard technical meeting, the next step, will continue to organize relevant meetings to discuss the preparation of the standard, and strive to complete the preparation and release before the end of this year.
