Jilin Xinda Steel Co., Ltd. was established in November 2007 and is located in Baiyun New Town Industrial Park, Dongfeng County, Jilin Province. It is adjacent to the Bohai Rim Economic Zone in the south and the Northeast Asia Economic Circle in the north, with convenient transportation. Its own dedicated railway line is connected to the Shenyang-Jilin Railway trunk line, which is convenient for material handling and transportation. It enjoys a good geographical advantage and broad development space. The company integrates coking, sintering, ironmaking, steelmaking, steel rolling, oxygen production, power generation and sewage treatment. Our main products include HRB400, HRB400E, HPB300, Q195, Q235B, Q355B 150mm*150mm billets, hot-rolled ribbed steel bars HRB400 and HRB400E 6mm-12mm, and hot-rolled plain round steel bars HPB300 6mm-16mm. Our product range includes hot-rolled I-beams of 140mm-220mm, hot-rolled H-beams of 198mm-200mm, and hot-rolled channel steel of 160mm-200mm, etc. We have obtained the production licenses for hot-rolled plain round steel bars and ordinary hot-rolled steel bars issued by the state. Our products are widely used in key projects such as Yangjiang Nuclear Power Plant, Shenyang-Baishan High-Speed Railway, and Greater Khingan National Petroleum Reserve. The company has established a 65MW gas-steam combined cycle power generation project, a steam waste heat power generation project, a 100MW coking power waste heat power generation project, and a 110MW ultra-high temperature subcritical gas power generation project. It attaches great importance to the development of a circular economy, continuously improves energy management levels, enhances energy efficiency, and achieves cost reduction and efficiency improvement to create benefits. a new 1.2 million t/a coking power project has been built, featuring clean, environmentally friendly, full-energy and intelligent new-generation coke ovens, which has enhanced the company's self-sufficiency in fuel and self-sustaining development capabilities. The power generation system supporting the production line can make the most of the waste gas and residual heat generated during the coking process for power generation, fundamentally solving the environmental pollution problem of the coking industry, enabling the maximum recovery and utilization of energy, increasing the output of green electricity, and exploring a brand-new path for the integrated development of coking and power technologies in China.
